ABOUT US

Our experience is the amount of time we spend working for our clients.

Your experience is a result of that work.

THANK YOU

Thank you for taking the time to visit us today. We know how busy you must be looking for your next great resource to help your business grow to it’s potential. Since you’re here. Let me share a little more about Design Interchange, LLC and how we make life easier for so many companies like yours.

I LOVE WHAT I DO

It’s why Design Interchange still exists. I have been creating in an agency setting for over 20 years prior to re-introducing the Design Interchange brand of design and communications in December of 2016. It truly is a brand because an agency takes on an identity that forms out of the persona of it’s people, their hard work, their customer service, and client satisfaction. After 4 years and over 400 projects completed, I know that providing this service as an extension of your marketing team is the best way to develop meaningful communications. I’ll provide the artistic talent and ability to transform ideas into lasting impressions for your business to share with your customers. Working hard and sharing my experiences builds meaningful relationships. It is how I’ve earned the trust of so many clients like you.

THE WAY IT WORKS

Design Interchange doesn’t believe in bloated contract retainers that handcuff marketing managers into coming here simply to use up a budget. Picking an agency should depend on responsiveness and merit. That is why I view each project is a job interview for the next. Projects require feasibility interviews. It’s good to be certain our capabilities match your goals. If they do, we’ll provide you with an estimate and timeline, schedule a follow up interview, and answer any questions. Simply give the green light and we’ll move forward. It’s that simple.

WHY IT WORKS

When CNH Global and CASE Construction Equipment approached me to design and program a virtual simulator for their new advanced machine configuration system, there wasn’t a lot of valuable research out there. Ultimately, sitting in an actual machine, becoming familiar with the onboard interface, and building their simulator for a classroom setting to be as life-like as possible proved to be the winning combination. The benefit to CASE and their training team is priceless because there is no possible way to cram 30 students into the cab of an excavator. Really, there isn’t. That same simulator is now privately distributed to run on Ipads, tablets and laptops for 6 product lines including wheel loaders, skid steers, motor graders, dozers, backhoes and excavators. A true innovation that fills a unique need for remote training, in-person training, or as a sales tool for training customers.

LOOKING AHEAD

Design Interchange is expanding its capabilities and finding new ways to offer our clients creativity, support and responsiveness to their marketing strategies. I look forward to meeting any challenge you might throw my way. Until then, thank you for your interest and your time.

Sincerely,
Jason Flower
